Types of Panels We Manufacture

Motor Control Centre (MCC)

Motor Control Centres are the backbone of process plant electrical distribution. We manufacture Form 3b and Form 4b MCC panels to IS/IEC 61439 standards. Each incomer and feeder is engineered to exact load specs, with options for DOL, star-delta, soft starter, or VFD starters per motor.

Power Control Centre (PCC)

PCC panels control the main incoming HT/LT power and distribute to downstream MCCs and equipment. We engineer PCCs up to 6300A bus-bar rating, with ACBs, MCCBs, metering, and protection relays.

PLC-Based Control Panels

When your process needs more than simple motor starters, we integrate PLC controllers (Siemens, Omron, Delta, Allen-Bradley) directly into the control panel. This gives you sequence control, interlocking, fault logging, and HMI interface — all in one engineered enclosure.

APFC Panels (Power Factor Correction)

Automatic Power Factor Correction panels reduce your kVAr demand, eliminate power factor penalties from the utility, and extend cable and transformer life. We supply panels with Detuned reactor protection to handle harmonic-rich environments like ceramic factories.

LT/HT Switchgear Panels

Main LT distribution boards, bus-bar chambers, ring main units, and substation automation panels — designed for 415V to 11kV applications.

How long does a custom MCC panel take to manufacture? +

Typical lead time for a standard MCC panel is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation and approved drawings. Complex PLC-based panels may take 4–6 weeks. We can expedite for urgent requirements.

What standards do your panels comply with? +

All our panels are manufactured to IS/IEC 61439 (LV switchgear assemblies). We follow IS 5082 for bus-bar selection, and IS 13947 for contactors and circuit breakers. Test certificates are provided with every panel.

Do you supply panels with warranty? +

Yes — all panels carry a 12-month workmanship warranty from date of commissioning. Component warranty follows the respective OEM warranty (typically 1–5 years depending on brand).

Can you upgrade or modify our existing control panels? +

Absolutely. We regularly retrofit old relay-logic panels with PLC systems, add VFD drives to existing MCCs, and upgrade metering systems on existing PCCs. Our engineers will assess on-site and provide a scope and quote.
